Consulting is upstream — strategy and planning before execution. Event Production is full end-to-end delivery. Event Fixer is rapid on-the-ground operational support. Many clients combine two of these depending on their needs.

Both. I work with international event agencies, creative agencies, PR firms and in-house brand teams. I adapt to your workflow and can operate white-label if needed — your client never needs to know I'm involved.
